Service Description

-Exclusive use of Lemon Tree for 2 hours -Party for up to 35 people including babies/kids(2year under no need to be counted) -Access to the reserved area 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time -Chairs and tables for adults -Paper Plates, Napkins, Cups & Utensils (Eco friendly items, non-colored items) -Lemon Tree staff person to assist to set up and clean up -Filtered water station for cold/hot water (please encourage your guest to bring their own bottles/tumblers) -Cake table setup(or Dohl table) with imitation cake - No Customization Available -Add on services (Photo and Extra event time - please ask!) -15% service and gratuity charge will be added to the entire cost of the party

Cancellation Policy

$200 non refundable deposit ($300 complete package) and completed agreement is required to book an event. Remaining balance should be paid on the day of the event. Please note that 15% service and gratuity charge will be added to the entire cost of the party. You must give a 30 days notice to reschedule. If the party is cancelled within 30 days prior to the event 50% of your total invoice will be charged. If you choose to cancel within two weeks prior to the event, the full amount will be charged.
